also, you really gotta work on your jokes man.
for example, instead of saying "My Dick Cheney is Horny" try saying "Here's a tricky Dick that cannot be impeached"

Thank you for the advice. :) I just feel the crappy look makes the jokes more funny. Personally. But, you are correct about them being done on paint. LOL! It's pretty hard to believe that a 21 year old dose this stuff. LOL! It's true.

[Light Bulb]

only thing I see is the inside of the bulb, where the light would ignite, isn't completely symmetric
this is ofcourse a lost complaint if you drew it without any tools like a ruler.

other than that, it's beautiful. the contrast is perfect, the lighting is realistic.

one thing though: the eyebrow shadow is a bit weirdly shaped.

Hell, I've got a few planned. I just don't think I'm good enough. Mostly my understanding of anatomy of women is horrible, hence why this sketch came about for practice. I've gotten marginally better since this, but still nowhere near what I want.
